Thank you!

Functional medicine looks at the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. Instead of asking, “What medication matches this diagnosis?” we ask, “Why is this happening in the first place?” Care is highly personalized and focuses on how your body’s systems work together—hormones, digestion, immune health, metabolism, stress response, and more. This approach often includes in-depth history taking, advanced lab testing, nutrition and lifestyle support, targeted supplementation, and mind–body strategies. It’s especially helpful if you’ve felt unheard, rushed, or stuck in a cycle of temporary fixes.

I work with adults navigating a wide range of chronic or ongoing concerns, including:

Hormone and thyroid imbalances
Digestive issues
Fatigue, brain fog, and low energy
Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
Fertility concerns and pre-conception health optimization
Stress, burnout, and nervous system overload
Metabolic health and weight resistance
Disease prevention and long-term health optimization

If you’re unsure whether your concern is a good fit, you’re always welcome to reach out and ask. And if I’m not the right provider for you, I’ll help guide you toward someone who is—because getting the right support matters.

Visits are unrushed and collaborative. Initial appointments are longer and allow us to take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that may include lab testing, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, targeted supplements, and other supportive therapies.

Follow-up visits focus on reviewing progress, interpreting labs, and adjusting your plan as needed—while continuing to build momentum. Care always moves at a pace that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your life as it actually is (not some imaginary “perfect” version).

At this time, the practice does not contract with insurance companies. This model allows for longer appointments, more personalized care, and the flexibility to address root causes rather than being limited by insurance-driven visit constraints.

Insurance-based care often restricts visit length, treatment options, and the ability to focus on prevention and lifestyle-based interventions. By remaining out-of-network, I’m able to spend the necessary time to truly understand your health history and create individualized care plans.

While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan.
